Online Learning Ground Rules

Please note that in order to earn your ICP-LEA certification from ICAgile, you'll need to attend live at least seven (7) out of the eight (8) total instructor-led sessions and complete weekly assignments.

The instructor-led sessions will be held live every Tuesday from 9-10:30am MDT (Mountain Daylight Time, or GMT-6) on the following dates:
Session No. 1 -- August 9, 2022
Session No. 2 -- August 16, 2022
Session No. 3 -- August 23, 2022
Session No. 4 -- August 30, 2022
Session No. 5 -- September 6, 2022
Session No. 6 -- September 13, 2022
Session No. 7 -- September 20, 2022
Session No. 8 -- September 27, 2022

If you happen to miss a session, you'll be required to watch the video recording. You also need to be visible via video in order to participate in group exercises and discussion. (You'll be provided with Zoom access details before the sessions begin.)

Please make sure you can commit to the full learning experience before signing up! Each online class is 90 minutes long with another 15-30 minutes required for light homework assignment each week.

Amy Luethmers has over 20 years of experience with building, leading, mentoring, and scaling highly synergized and impactful marketing teams, as well as serving in executive marketing leadership roles.
As an Agile trainer and coach, Amy finds helping marketing teams increase their capabilities to work on more customer-centric, strategic initiatives through the Agile framework very personally rewarding. As a life-long learner and marketer herself, she knows that an Agile transformation can take time and credits her own ever-evolving Agile marketing journey for her empathetic approach.

Amy holds a BS in Business Communications, along with a MBA, both from the University of Wisconsin. She is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through Scrum Alliance. Amy has also earned the Agility in Marketing (ICP-MKG) certification and she is an Authorized Instructor with the International Consortium of Agile (ICAgile).
